After you read from your chap book I did not have time to process all the words in your powerful presentation. (Can you get some more made up)?The fact that you comment on being 43 and chose not to wear makeup also impacted my own 54 year older self. I was proud my Granddaughter was there to hear you speak about body image as well as what is in the products and how it affects the body and environmental footprints!
Your messages are packed with diversities!
My husband usually does not get into folk music so much however; was moved by your words and said to me that the messages in your verses were important and an eye opener! No "la dee dah stuff"
Thanks for opening your guitar case up and your soul in our back yard. You awakened some thoughts to some of what we were not aware of or guiltly of turning our backs to. My Granddaughter wishes her friends were there to hear. "This is an invitation back to our place Hali jo" :)
We will spread the word around about you needing funding for your C.D.

I have witnessed many performances. We were honored that you performed in our own home. Teddy is still full of questions and now open to talking about the issues you sang about more openly. What a set of pipes there Woman! We will be praying that you get your funding for your educational C.D.
A lot of messeges!
Some times people are chosen for these quests. Please, do not give up! Your spirit shines when you sing and present.

When I heard you speak I sensed your integrity. When I heard you sing, I had no words, only felt my spirit dance. What an emotional ride!
Keep your goal alive Hali jo....the words in your music are powerful and educational. The universe will provide. Thanks for welcoming the smudge into your life, as well as the voice inside to be your guide. Your surrounded by much support as well as the spirit world. Thanks for allowing the gang to jam with you and your greean tea cafe' is the best zen sation I had an oppertunity to be apart of in a long while. It is hard to believe with all the diversity in one place you managed to find the commonality in everyone.
Your music deserves to be heard as well as your message. It will come in time the universe will provide.
By the way? Are you going to be selling you art some day?

You are a very brave woman to share your life with others to create awareness and hope. I hope all your dreams will come true, you certainly deserve it.
